The No-Fail Quick Tip for the best smoothies

Lately, I've been obsessed with smoothies. You can disguise the taste of veggies and superfoods while still loving your smoothie! Here are a few tips to preparing a healthy and flavorful smoothie.



Smoothie quick tip:


1. If you use frozen fruit for your smoothie grab a bag with no added sugar. Take out what you want to use and set it aside in a dish in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes before you blend everything.

Note: This trick will add loads of natural sweetness to your smoothie and cut back on unwanted water from frozen fruit, which makes the smoothie watery.


One green smoothie a day has been life changing for me. But I'll save that for another post.
